Elite Financial Management, LLC is the brainchild of highly experienced accountants Brad Logan and Ryan Greene. We started our accounting practice in the Fall of 2020 after realizing there were so many small and medium-sized businesses in the area that needed quality accounting but didn’t have the resources to hire someone full-time. We thought, “Why can’t we put together a team of great, experienced accountants and offer accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory expertise to these businesses as a service?”
So that’s exactly what we did.
Elite Financial Management manages accounting-related processes for small and medium size businesses in East TN, Southwest VA, and Western NC. We work with both for-profits and non-profits of various sizes that don’t have the financial means to hire a full-time accountant or bookkeeper but still would benefit from the expertise that our team possesses.
What sets us apart from other outsourced accounting firms is that when we come to work with a business, we become active partners with the business. We don’t just come in once a year to prep your books for taxes and go back into our den for the winter – we go the extra mile, becoming actively engaged in the business and proactively helping the companies we work with understand their options and make smart decisions. We offer to provide our services on-site, remote, or on a hybrid model in order to meet the demands of the business.

Managing Partner
Brad Logan
Brad Logan serves as Managing Partner for Elite Financial Management, LLC. Brad brings more than 20 years of accounting experience in various industries including healthcare, restaurant, retail, non-profit and real estate. Prior to launching Elite Financial Management, Brad had served in a number of key leadership roles, serving as CFO for four area hospitals, later serving as CEO for a large medical practice and most recently CFO for a large restaurant franchise.
Brad earned a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Accounting) degree from East Tennessee State University.
Brad currently lives in Johnson City, TN with his wife and four children. He enjoys traveling, golfing, playing tennis, and watching sporting events.

Ryan Greene
Ryan Greene is a partner with Elite Financial Management. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in several different industries, including healthcare, retail, restaurant, marketing, and law. Ryan has held several key accounting and finance roles in his career.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Finance) degree from East Tennessee State University.
Ryan resides with his wife and two children in Johnson City, TN. He enjoys spending time with his family, doing outdoor activities, playing golf, and watching UT football.
